Sprint Starts with Belt

Movement: Sprint Mechanics

Set-up: Barbell sits at about 26-30” from the floor; belt is ~ 12-18” off floor below

Quick Tips: Lay forearms on belt and lock down upper body, get into low sprint stance with weight on front leg, drive back knee forward
